We offer help to people with acquired neurological impairments to enable them to lead a more independent life in the community. Our aim is to help you maximise independence in your daily life so that you can do the things you want to do. We will work with you in your own environment: at home, in your day centre, at work, as an outpatient or in an inpatient bed at Queen Mary£s Hospital site. We can work with you, your family, friends or carers.
Please note that we are not an emergency service. If you need help urgently, please contact your GP. We aim to make initial contact with you within seven days of referral.
