Further Details

Different Strokes is a registered charity which provides services to support younger stroke survivors. Different Strokes helps younger stroke survivors to optimise their recovery and take control of their own lives by offering rehabilitative services, information and advice. This is achieved through offering weekly exercise classes and providing practical and easy to use information for the recovering stroke survivor.
A 'Stroke Line' telephone service is also provided to enable younger stroke survivors to talk to other younger stroke survivors. Younger stroke survivors are also kept informed of developments relevant to them via newsletters, an interactive website and by other means.
