Further Details

HIlltop is a residential care home for adults aged 18-65 who may have the challenging needs associated with an acquired brain injury. Clients leaving a hospital discharge or nursing care can enjoy individual care based on their specific needs, supported by a fully trained staff team, led by an experienced registered manager. We aim to encourage client's independence and life skills through the provision of independent living assessment and individualised care plans. The client's family are invited to participate in and oversee the care plans on offer, also the family and friends are encouraged to give constructive feedback regarding existing plans. The clients are involved in the decision making within the home, be it decoration, menu planning, planning activities and interviewing new staff.
