48 Cedar Road is a nine place residential service. Our aim is to use rehabilitation techniques to support individuals to become more independent. We regularly monitor progress using Goal Attainment Scaling. We have support from a range of specialist therapists as required.

Each person has their own bedroom with en-suite facilities. Ceiling tracking and other adaptations are available where required.

Retraining and enablement in day-to-day domestic and community-based tasks in a non-hospital, home-like environment, aimed at community re-integration/ inclusion by enhancing independence, wellbeing, & assist return to work/ education. Help for family/carers in supporting the person in these roles, and with identifying statutory support available.
