Christchurch Court provides rehabilitation within a community environment within the Northampton district of Abington, promoting independence through a shared pathway from admission to discharge. Trained staff collaborate with individuals to goal plan, and work towards achieving, where possibe the most independent life possible through a package of recreational,educational and vocational activities, fostering robust working relationships. Christchurch Court offer short term, and longer term placements to assist in addressing the cognitive, functional and behavioural challenges faced by survivors of brain injury.
