The purpose of the supported housing schemes is to provide housing with support to enable clients to gain independent living skills.
An important objective of the service is to empower each person living in the scheme by granting as much security of tenure as possible, and by ensuring that each individual has full tenancy status and the rights and obligations this entails.

Medically stable, requiring supportive environment/accommodation, able to actively participate with and benefit from therapy. Will include spectrum of initial severity of injury with a small minority derived from Code 05 category

Help for family/carers in supporting the person in these roles, and with identifying statutory support available.
