Our Physiotherapist Gill Tzanoudakis has over 30 years professional experience in both NHS and private clinics.
Gill is very experienced in Hydrotherapy and has attended many post graduate courses, particularly those relating to Hydrotherapy in the treatment of neurological conditions.
Hydrotherapy is hugely beneficial in the rehabilitation of many conditions including post surgical rehabilitation; joint or spinal surgery, neurological conditions and brain injury.
Hydrotherapy is the treatment of a wide range of conditions in a heated pool environment. Exercises in the pool improve the range of movement of stiff and painful joints and can be used to improve muscle strength.
Water provides the perfect medium to enable rehabilitation and exercise especially for clients with limited mobility.
