Headway East Kent is a local charity formed in 1989 in response to the lack of services in this part of Kent for people who have survived an injury to the brain. Our day care centres termed Headway Houses sited across the East Kent Area are long term, low cost, activity therapy centres providing advice and support at all stages to this often forgotten client group.
Headway Houses aim to maintain and continue improvement in areas of cognitive, behavioral, emotional and physical performance in a social setting and to encourage community re-entry and possible employment.
