Adult Social Care Services in Cambridgeshire provide assessments and ongoing support via the arrangement of direct provision and / or via direct payments to those who meet the eligibility criteria for support. Individuals over 65 would be supported by the Older Peoples Teams and those 19-64 by the Physical Disability Team. The teams can be contacted at Cambridgeshire Direct on 0345 045 5202.
